This 33 year old patient from San Diego California came in to the office interested in pectoralis implants. He had heard about Dr. Pousti from a friend. As you can see, this patient works out with weights on a daily basis but even with the daily workouts, he could not develop the chest that he wanted. His pectoralis muscle was small in comparision to the rest of his upper body and he wished to correct that. He met with Dr. Pousti several times prior to his surgery and brought in pictures of what he was trying to achieve. He felt very comfortable with Dr. Pousti's experience and the fact that he is a double board certified plastic surgeon was very important.

This patient met with Dr. Pousti prior to surgery and had "markings" performed. These "markings" show where the implants will be placed and what areas will be filled out by the pec implants.

He has pectoral implants made by Spectrum Designs placed under his pectoralis muscle. One of his main goals was to achieve as much "cleavage" as possible. He is only 1 week post-op pec implant surgery and extremely happy with his results.
